Differences in Battery and Motor

The Mars has a bigger battery at 12.5Ah versus XP’s 10.4Ah and hence you get more range at 48 miles instead of 45 respectively. They have the same 500W motor though. The rest of the electrical components are similar with both having pedal assist and throttle

They both have 7speed gears and 20″ tires but the Mars is fatter at 4″ compared to Xp’s 3″. They both come with fenders and head and tail lights but only the XP comes with back rack. You can get it on the Mars for an additional $59 from their official store.

With the Mars you get three colors to choose from- blue, black and white while the XP comes in Black or White. But with the XP you get to choose between step-over or step-thru while the Mars only has a step-over version.

These are both great ebikes at a good price and you will have a blast with any one of them. The XP also has a long-range version that has a 14Ah battery that can cover upto 65 miles on a single charge.
